Multi-Channel Overhaul

The first redesign project was the recruiting website where I designed a quick mockup, built a demo site, and garnered ELT trust which led the way for the overhaul of multiple verticals and products. The designs featured fullscreen and mobile responsiveness utilizing unified branding and color cues per channel.

The overhaul included SSO proposals and usability testing.

My Role

Lead developer and web designer — I led the multi-channel overhaul of Caliber's web presence, starting with a recruiting-site mockup and demo that earned ELT trust and opened the door to redesigning six verticals. I designed and built a unified, fully responsive system with per-channel color cues so each vertical felt distinct while staying part of one brand, and drove the single sign-on proposals and usability testing that tightened the experience across every channel.
