Multi-Channel Overhaul
The first redesign was the recruiting website, where I designed a quick mockup, built a demo site, and garnered ELT trust — which led the way for the overhaul of multiple verticals and products across retail, wholesale, servicing, and lending.
Unified, Responsive Design
The designs featured fullscreen and mobile responsiveness, using unified branding with color cues per channel so each vertical felt distinct while staying part of one system.
SSO & Usability
The overhaul included single sign-on proposals and usability testing to improve the experience across every Caliber channel.
